The Pavonia is a mixed use luxury tower located in East Newport, Jersey City with hotel apartments, office levels, sky gardens, restaurants and duplex penthouses on the top. All of these mixed with a weak humor. The image made in spare time just for fun, spent on it 2.5 days from planning to final touches.
